The booking process is laborious and time intensive, selecting dates and finding available appoints is particularly painful. I used to really enjoy the ability to add my appointments directly in to my iPhone calendar but a recent update seems to have rendered this button useless now, it does nothing. ### 3/5 — Pretty disappointing *2021-04-06, version 3.1.4* Why is there still not a text option for clients? There’s a call option but it’s 2021. Everyone texts now. Also, the phone version is very limited. I wish you could make and edit notes on the phone version and require payment or remove require payment for clients. ### 2/5 — Horrible Update *2019-11-25, version 3.0.0* Can’t even login...made the app even worse...worst appointment app ever ### 1/5 — By far one of the worst apps *2018-06-18, version 1.3.8* Holy balls this app is horrible and their support team — whether you call them on the phone or email them — is even worse. ### 3/5 — logs you out constantly *2018-06-09, version 1.3.8* i use this app to book haircuts, which means i only use it about once a month. pretty much every time i do open it, it asks me to log in, which is really frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not Impressed *2018-06-01, version 1.3.8* Searching for a new barber in the city and this app has been the most annoying part of the whole process. It’s not intuitive. I can’t figure out how to view everywhere I am on a “waitlist”. There should be a simple option that whenever you log into your account, you can see all of your outstanding appointments, waitlists, and cancelled appointments. When I log in, it just prompts me to update my profile (which has everything in it already), and when I want to check the status of a place where I’m on a waitlist, it doesn’t just pop up. I downloaded the app in hopes that it would be easier and it seems worse. SO frustrating that the barbers I want to go to use this app. Earlier, I received a notification that a waitlist spot had opened up. Within, LITERALLY, 1-minute I was trying to log in and snag the spot. Couldn’t find it. Couldn’t figure it out. Their online chat support must have been at lunch or something because I was #1 in the queue and it took them 15-20mins+ to respond. By then, it was too late. I actually ended up booking with a different barbershop who doesn’t use this app. They used a similar app but it was a much easier process. REALLY need to improve UX/UI. ### 2/5 — ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *2017-10-14, version 1.0.8* The owner of the shop I work at uses this, therefore I am forced to. I don’t write reviews but I use this so much I had to come explain some issues I have with it. - crashes a lot - will log you out a lot - you cannot directly call clients from the books, it would be nice if the clients phone number could be linked on the app. - sometimes takes a while for changes in the books to register and update onto the app (even after refreshing) - I understand clients can be very dishonest at times but we’ve (as a shop) had many people come in thinking they have finalized an appointment and they aren’t in the books. Needs much improvement. ### 3/5 — Ok App *2017-10-14, version 1.0.8* The app does what it is supposed to, but the add to calendar button doesn’t work. Also there is no way to add text alerts in the app to an existing booking. Otherwise, it does allow you to book appointments with your barber with no issues and let’s you see your upcoming. ### 1/5 — Poor *2017-07-06, version 1.0.8* The set up new account option doesn't work at all. On the web Ive always used their log in with FB option also missing from the app. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2017-03-30, version 1.0.8* Glad resurva finally released an app. But, still needs work. Having the app is definitely more convenient than signing into the website daily. However, it would be even better if the app sent individual notifications to the provider when a client books a service. At this point notifications aren't an option at all. This is my biggest complaint among several others. But, I understand the app is still fairly new, and hasn't had any updates. I will update my review after the update becomes available. Whenever i get a notification for a waitlist opening, it just “loads infinitely” and when i try to refresh, i have to way of seeing that opening anymore!!! You did not do a good job with making sure everything runs smoothly. As a result, I am having trouble making reservations/ bookings for places that I would normally use this app for. The app looks up fine, but once you go into your bookings, and it comes time for you to select your “provider” the app just keeps looking in search for one. As a result, I cannot complete my booking. Please fix this issue. You guys updated a well functioning app and make it unusable. ### 1/5 — Wow... It is “unable to find location”, no matter what I put in. I’ve tried “town”, “town, state”, and even “zip code”, all to no avail. I will be deleting it and using the old fashioned phone to make an appt. Very sad that this app is such a terrible user experience because the concept is so great! If I could give zero stars, I would. Also when you click help it goes blank. The system is reliable, easy to use, and has helped streamline our booking process significantly. My clients love the convenience of booking online. The interface is user-friendly for both me and my customers, and it integrates seamlessly with my schedule. It’s also customizable, which is a great feature for a business like mine. Thank you Resurva, Hermanos Barber & Shop Edgar ### 5/5 — My Personal Secretary *2022-10-13, version 3.1.4* This app has helped me sooooooo much it allows my clients to book at their convenience and frees so much of up my time no more double booking or clients calling during my work hours what a relief! They have tons of cool features for example: clients can pay upfront for their service you can charge a percentage if client fails to show up to an appointment, they also have a waitlist feature if you are booked for the day it gives clients option to get on waitlist and will notify them if someone happens to cancel and you are available, these are some of my favorite features they have sooo much more! ### 5/5 — Solid app from customer perspective *2020-11-12, version 3.1.4* Touch ID is super helpful- I don’t like logging in each time but that makes it way smoother. I love the fact that I can book an appointment, put it on my phone calendar and set up text and email reminders within 30 seconds. Specifically “Add to Calendar”. Also, doesn’t save login information or have Touch ID so you need to login each time which is mildly annoying. Other than that though it’s pretty good.
