## What is Resyna?

Resyna is a quiet place to settle.

It plays gentle, layered sound that follows your heart rhythm and slowly guides your breathing toward a calmer, steadier pace. Slow, paced breathing is a well-studied way to help the body settle — what researchers call coherence. It's made to support relaxation, not to treat any condition.

TWO WAYS TO USE IT

Calm & Focus — soft, consonant tones layered under a calming bed. Nothing to wear, nothing to connect. Press play and breathe.

Adaptive sessions — connect an Apple Watch or a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor and the sound responds to you in real time, easing your breath slower as you settle. Without a sensor it uses a gentle default pace, so it still works.

RESYNA TOUCH

Drag a finger and colour blooms under it. Something for your hands while the sound plays, or on its own.

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY

Audio keeps playing when you leave the screen or lock the phone, until you tap End. Tap any reading during a session — calm, coherence, breath, heart rate — for a plain-language explanation of what it means.

HOW TO START

Headphones help, if they're comfortable for you. Try two to five minutes at an easy volume, then build up gradually. Stop if you feel any discomfort, dizziness, or unease.
