Ticket image on iPhone did not open gate. Must have done something wrong. Bought a paper ticket. Worked fine. Out $11.00. **Developer response:** Hi, you can request a refund at customer service. ### 5/5 — UK user experience *2024-03-11* Was able to by 1 day passes every day for my 3 days stay in Rotterdam. Payment is straightforward with apple /Google or Samsung pay. This is important to know as international debit card don't work in public transport in Rotterdam and credit cards will incur extra cost.
