Google Nestの新機能 -3月が完了できない。 2番目の、 Google Nest ディスプレイに素早くアクセス の送信を操作ミスで、空白で送信してしまったためか、チェックはついているが、どうやっても完了にならない。

問題の日本語がおかしいものが多い。

例えば、正誤問題で、

AはBでもCでも使えます。

正しいを選ぶと、不正解で、

解説で、B、Cの他にDも使えます。

と表示。

この解説なら、問題は、

AはBとCでしか使えません。

じゃないと、おかしいと思います。

日本語への翻訳の確認を、日本人の社員にさせてほしい。

I completed all the tasks with promised rewards in the trainings and it gives me XP and after spending over 2 hours doing the trainings, no rewards section is available. There needs to be some sort of incentive otherwise the trainings themselves are a lie.

I redeemed 11700 points for a google Home hub and it redirected me to the google page however it did not let me order this and still took away my points. I have contacted google but also the app developer via email but no response or solution. I wasted time doing training to redeem no reward at all

They were there for like 30 seconds one day. Clicked on them to redeem my points & they disappeared.

The app is a bit clunky to use on a phone, and it really needs some sort of reward system to keep sales associates using the app and learning about the products. Something similar to Intel’s Retails Edge program would be optimal.

I see the value in the training aspect but I don't understood why there is a competitive angle to it to earn points?  The "rewards" section has been blank for more than a month.  I have completed everything there is to complete and now the app seems totally pointless to even keep.      Can we eventually convert these points to google play credits? Or redeem movie rentals for point levels?  Perhaps even let us bank them toward our Google maps contribution points - at least they have begun giving some sort of reward for having achieved a certain level of points there.    I want to like the app, I'm just simply at a dead end.

What happened to our points that we had??? 

This app seems to be a scam now. There’s no benefit to this app anymore. Updates are super slow. My points disappeared and no discount codes available anymore for about a year and half so there’s no incentive to using this app.

Begging for an app review during every single step of my training is absolutely pathetic and something a cheap hastily slapped together cash grab of a f2p game would try to do. Don’t beg. It’s pathetic.

Don’t bother with the trainings. Been over 2 years and rewards store keeps saying nothing at the moment. In many cases we do training on our employee portal for compliance and the only reason to do it here is for the rewards. Can’t believe they can’t even stock their rewards store in 2 years. Just making ppl waste their time on their average products. Plz stick to software Google.

The app has truly gotten better over the years, but it is still a little basic and not very intuitive.

I love how simple some of the courses are but how informative and detailed at the same time they are. They get to the point and as you learn it progressively becomes more specifics on changes and differences or new features and devices etc which is helpful. I absolutely love the infographic sheets they are easy, fast and simple yet have everything you need in one or two easy to understand pages. This as a reference tool alone makes my job so much easier and I am able to exude confidence while discussing or recommending Google products and services as well as a wide range of accessories and various devices. 

Champions is something else very cool and I can’t wait to continue using this app daily! Thank you! 🙏

Over my five year career with ATT I have done all three major manufacture “expert” programs. The apple one was a joke, easy teat and lackluster product. Samsung “elite” while a better product the tests and learning leave a oot to be desired as far as learning.  Thisbis my first time doing the Pixel Advocate program, and i gotta say, most of the tests are chellenging, and each one of the lessons has a certain way of keeping you interested. Plus the pixel phone and watch are MUCH better products. Just saying, good job google!
