It works for a bit then crashes. You need to update! ### 1/5 — Why does the app continue to be so buggy *2023-08-10* I can use the app maybe 20 times before something happens that causes it not to load. Then after if crashes out on loading it never recovers and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. Seriously have you not heard of logging? Or bug reports? This app constantly crashes and I have to keep reloading it. The only reason I even continued to give it a try is because it tied to my employers Health Benefits wellness program. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2023-08-07, version 2.2.1* I have to reinstall this app every week, because it will eventually refuse to open. ### 1/5 — This app is sooo bad *2023-08-05, version 2.2.1* I only have this app as it integrates into our wellness program for HRA funds. If not for that, I’d delete it and never look back. For whatever reason, the app works for a few days then starts instantly crashing when launched. And before the app developer responds to this review saying “please reach out to us directly so we can help resolve your issue,” I’ll just say - save your insincere attempt to save face for putting out such a bad app. Here’s a thought. Look at the numerous people posting about this same issue. It’s your app, not our iPhone or iOS version. How do I know? Because if I delete the app and reinstall it (then go through all the sign-on steps and authentication through my employer sponsor), the app works again… for a few days. I don’t change phones or versions of iOS. The only change is a fresh download of this app. Based on all the complaints, our employer has added a competitor app that can complete some of the wellness activities. Hopefully next benefit year this app will get the boot. ### 1/5 — APP CRASH *2023-08-01, version 2.1.0* I have never had an app crash as much as this one and I need it in order to get points for my work health program. 0/5 doesn’t even work. ### 1/5 — Defaults in app having financial impact *2023-07-31* Having to reinstall this app weekly is going to cause me to forfeit discounts on my insurance premiums from my company. No matter how often it’s updated the user experience gets worse ### 1/5 — Crashing. *2023-07-19, version 2.1.0* For the three days I could use it. It seemed user friendly and helpful. Then you have to reinstall, sign in again. App *2023-07-13, version 2.1.0* I remember when I was first in therapy. How much this app helped me get through a lot of things. It really changed my life when it was the Whil app. Then it changed and I wasn’t mad at it. But I got my phone back after it was stolen for some time. Months later I remember that the app name changed. I redownloaded two days ago and now when it opens all the options for different types of meditation are gone. The sleep meditation was one that helped me so much and never thought it would. It’s gone now and honestly I’m so sad about it. Thanks to the original developers, they had a goal and it was obvious. The new app, didn’t even care. I’m definitely still not going to the “Calm” app… no one wants to fall asleep to Mathew McConaughey, or Lucy Liu. (Rolls eyes) ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-07-13, version 2.1.0* I hope you all know that I’m going to lose out on HSA money from my employer because I can’t consistently get this app to work. A couple weeks ago, it wanted me to choose a region but the page was blank. This week, the app crashes as soon as I open it.
