Neither google or apple work

We’re sorry sign-in wasn’t working for you. We identified a database issue affecting Google and Apple logins, but it’s fixed now.

### 1/5 — Unable to create account

I got an ad on Reddit for this app and thought it sounded interesting, but I get a database error when trying to create a new account using both Apple and google sign in. There's also no support email or contact form so this is the only way to provide feedback.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback and for giving us a shot.

We’re sorry about the sign-in error, that was on us. We had a brief database issue that prevented new accounts from being created, but it is now fixed. Please give it another try.

Also, you were right about the missing contact option. We’re adding a support form directly to the login page in our next release, thanks to your suggestion. If you hit any other snag, you can always reach us directly at support@rethrive.com or through the in app support widget.
