Retouching is sent to an editor
The app is very expensive and goes off of credits. For a 9.99 a month subscription you get 500 credits. I asked for 2 things to be fixed in my video and it took up 480 credits. Once I bought the subscription I was hoping to see changes right away but got an estimated time frame of an hour that my video would be edited and done. It’s been over 3 hours and I’m still waiting. The timer has been on 0-5 minutes for a very long time.

The apps designers have no clue what they are doing. The app used to have an option to select how intense you want the retouches. Now it just says “more” or “less.” Leaving designers wondering whether you want more of a belly or if you actually meant you want the retouch more intense. I’m pretty sure this is one of the reasons the designers do not know what to do. The old version made much more sense.

Terrible!
The edits are absolutely terrible as is customer service. After several failed attempts, they ignore your request to cancel and refund. ChatGPT actually fixed the photo for FREE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS APP!
Bring back the old!
The old version of the app was so much better!! I feel like the editing quality has declined.
Decreasing quality
I had been a loyal user of Retouch Me for well over a year, but the quality of their editors has been decreasing. There’s also no customer service. I’ve frequently had really bad editing done (looks like someone used a marker), and when I request it be fixed or a refund — the request is entirely ignored. With the amount it costs, there needs to be customer service and higher quality work.
