I’m thinking AI is editing these photos and not an actual professional.
This used to be my favorite editing app ever, but now I’m finding it so hard to edit my photos because it looks like AI is editing the photos instead of a professional editor doing it as advertised. It distorts some of the images and doesn’t make me look like myself at all. It used to look realistic and I’ve used it for years, but now I think that they’re using AI instead of a real professional editing these photos. It’s disappointing having to pay for a subscription only to get back the photos that are of poor editing quality and I keep having to use more credits to fix it every time. It takes me hours to edit all the images with all the processing times and multiple request to fix it to finally get it right. I don’t know what’s going on with this app but it’s not what it used to be. This used to be my favorite editing app.

Retouching is sent to an editor
The app is very expensive and goes off of credits. For a 9.99 a month subscription you get 500 credits. I asked for 2 things to be fixed in my video and it took up 480 credits. Once I bought the subscription I was hoping to see changes right away but got an estimated time frame of an hour that my video would be edited and done. It’s been over 3 hours and I’m still waiting. The timer has been on 0-5 minutes for a very long time.

The apps designers have no clue what they are doing. The app used to have an option to select how intense you want the retouches. Now it just says “more” or “less.” Leaving designers wondering whether you want more of a belly or if you actually meant you want the retouch more intense. I’m pretty sure this is one of the reasons the designers do not know what to do. The old version made much more sense.

Terrible!
The edits are absolutely terrible as is customer service. After several failed attempts, they ignore your request to cancel and refund. ChatGPT actually fixed the photo for FREE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS APP!
Bring back the old!
The old version of the app was so much better!! I feel like the editing quality has declined.
