It distorts some of the images and doesn’t make me look like myself at all. It used to look realistic and I’ve used it for years, but now I think that they’re using AI instead of a real professional editing these photos. It’s disappointing having to pay for a subscription only to get back the photos that are of poor editing quality and I keep having to use more credits to fix it every time. It takes me hours to edit all the images with all the processing times and multiple request to fix it to finally get it right. For a 9.99 a month subscription you get 500 credits. I asked for 2 things to be fixed in my video and it took up 480 credits. Once I bought the subscription I was hoping to see changes right away but got an estimated time frame of an hour that my video would be edited and done. It’s been over 3 hours and I’m still waiting. The timer has been on 0-5 minutes for a very long time. ### 2/5 — SMH *2026-07-04, version 6.5.2* The apps designers have no clue what they are doing. The app used to have an option to select how intense you want the retouches. Now it just says “more” or “less.” Leaving designers wondering whether you want more of a belly or if you actually meant you want the retouch more intense. I’m pretty sure this is one of the reasons the designers do not know what to do. The old version made much more sense. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2026-06-24, version 6.5.2* The edits are absolutely terrible as is customer service. After several failed attempts, they ignore your request to cancel and refund. ChatGPT actually fixed the photo for FREE! I feel like the editing quality has declined. ### 1/5 — Decreasing quality *2026-05-15, version 6.5.2* I had been a loyal user of Retouch Me for well over a year, but the quality of their editors has been decreasing. There’s also no customer service. I’ve frequently had really bad editing done (looks like someone used a marker), and when I request it be fixed or a refund — the request is entirely ignored. With the amount it costs, there needs to be customer service and higher quality work. ### 1/5 — Quality definitely down with AI *2026-05-02, version 6.5.2* I used to use this app all the time, and it was well worth it because the quality of the photos that were created were excellent. They definitely moved to AI and don’t offer anything more than what I can do for free with ChatGPT. When I am finished with the credits that I have in my account I will be canceling for sure. ### 2/5 — Up charge for their errors *2026-05-01, version 6.5.1* They constantly miss request and then try to charge you additional fee to have the original request completed. Also, if there’s an error on their end like over exaggeration with Photoshop, blurry edits, etc., they keep charging you more and more.
