On the other hand, customer support is not helpful at all. Images do not look like me. Some images depict me as a older male when in reality I’m not old smh. On a couple photographs my hands and facial expressions are not human, my hands / face had reptile features. When I compare my images to the people that where advertised in instagram they’re not comparable, mine look like a joke. I recommend if you’re really trying to use a professional photograph to use for a professional website or profile actually use a real photographer to actually capture the true essence of your beauty because there is only one version of you which is unique. Use Fiverr to negotiate prices with Real photographers. It’s pretty glitchy and hasn’t smoothed out the bumps yet. It creates some funny pictures that are good for a laugh or a a joke but nothing that could be used for anything more than that. Most of the images look like a different person with different facial features, hair and eye color, and body shape. Reached out to their email support the same day after a few hours of no changes, and am still waiting on a response. Longest 20 minutes I’ve ever waited. My main issue is that the “delete account” button suspiciously does not work. And email support will only go to the email app, which I do not have. There is no readily available contact service information. There is no service contact information on the site. Believe me when I say it’s the worst $5.00 I ever spent. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-09-24* Takes your money and doesn’t work. Simple as that. Upload photos and just get error codes. When it did work months ago I got a few photos that had a strong resemblance. The photos disappeared and had to dress up Again and retake the photos, this time on my iPhone. I uploaded 25-30 pictures, Multiple times and Waited and Waited. Nothing! Nothing but waisted Time and $4.95. I would wait hours for the photos only for them to not get my skin color right or have me with half straight, half textured hair. Looked crazy and was discouraging, but their support is awesome and was ALWAYS responsive when I complained here and there about issues I was having. Now I’m on my second batch of uploads and the results are so great and exciting. I’d say 90% of the time I get at least a few flipping good photos to choose from in each batch. I’m very satisfied with the app and the developers. It’s fun to play around with… seeing a slightly younger and thinner me in endless scenes. 📌A tip that MAY help you get better results on your own is to create a new Retrato set and upload several of your previous generated images that you dig and that really resemble you along with your other photos. I found doing this gave me much more realistic results…especially in the more creative categories. It is an added cost, but in the spirit of fun…one home brewed coffee instead of a sbucks run and your credits are paid for. I would LOVE to see more styles to choose from and a better interface for remixing/prompting bc it’s tight in there.
