The app is good, like to see what classes are coming up. Easy to navigate. Wish the app had a crowd meter to give some type of insight as to how busy the gym is. Other than that, good app

I have the ultimate membership so my home gym is forest hills but if I go to another gym more times than my home gym it won’t let me use the app if I go back to my home gym. It keeps switching home gyms and very frustrating. Sometimes it won’t even let me use the app and won’t record the history of times I’m at the gym. They had to give me new membership number several times because of the app. App even says I’m cancelled even though it’s paid. At one time they wouldn’t even let me in the gym. THE WORST APP Ever! Or maybe bad management
