Also, progress was difficult. The levels are autogenerated from a very limited set of rooms, and finding new guns or enemies takes quite a while. This is not to say the game was difficult, as games can be difficult and fun, this game was tedious. Obviously I didn’t expect it to be great, it’s essentially a rip-off, but there are some serious problems with this game. There are sections of it that are impossible to pass, levels randomly restart, and the stages are pretty much the same. The gameplay isn’t great, either. There are a lot of guns that completely block your vision, so regardless of how powerful they are, they’re useless because you can’t see if there is an enemy in front of you. That being said, the system for changing weapons is really annoying. You have to click the list of weapons and change the weapon until it reaches the one you want. Essentially the system from DOOM, but worse. The originality of the game is a whole other issue. While it is obviously supposed to be a knock-off of DOOM, there are some assets (the armor pickups, for example) that are directly taken from the game. It’s one thing to base a game on another, but stealing assets is just lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this game at all. If you actually want to play the game. I tried to have fun with the game. It’s not even that fun anymore and plus there’s not even a singular doom song that’s in this game is a doom or is it a dollar store game that that I bought with one penny just pay like four dollars and $.99a game that’s for a game that actually coded by an actual person plus I feel like this game is just an excuse to get an ad ### 1/5 — Just get DOOM *2024-09-29, version 2.14* This game is DOOM if it sucked ### 1/5 — It’s just doom 1993 but less *2024-07-16* When playing the game I’d noticed that I was going through levels I’ve beaten before but with different colors and some of the sprites are just from doom 1993 with no differences whatsoever. The guns were alright for the most part but I didn’t like this games version of the super shotgun, it’s just in your face and you can’t see what’s in front of you, the enemies of the game only spawn one time in a single area. The enemies would never spawn together and they’d just instantly die to my shotgun so I never felt I was in any danger at all.
