Build your golf career one shot at a time. Retro Golf combines illustrated retro style, scenic courses and a swing you control with your finger. Pull back to set your power, then flick upward to strike. Shape a gentle draw or fade, take on a bold hook or slice, and add spin to your irons and wedges. EXPLORE 36 COURSES Play 648 holes across a varied collection of full 18-hole courses, from coastal fairways and mountain greens to tree-lined parkland and stadium golf. Athens Heritage brings historic Elm and Ohio University golf together in one venue. GROW YOUR CAREER Progress through Amateur, Pro and Tour competition. Enter tournaments, earn game currency, collect trophies, unlock equipment and work with caddies. Tournament venues rotate across the course collection, while every round of an event stays at the same course. COMPETE ONLINE Take one chance at the daily tournament on a shared course, compare real player scorecards and earn points toward the RGA Monthly Cup. Build your world ranking through recent daily finishes and completed Cup results. Online tournaments require an internet connection and a permanent public nickname; no email or password is needed. MAKE THE SHOT YOURS Choose your golfer, customize your look and equip upgraded clubs. Easy, Medium and Hard offer different levels of swing assistance while retaining the full range of shot shapes. Wind, slopes and your lie all matter. BUILD YOUR PRACTICE FACILITY Work on consistency at the driving range, read a contoured putting green, and repeat chips and bunker shots. Upgrade your facility with currency earned in the game, or choose a full course for practice. Grandpa's tutorial introduces the swing, aiming, putting and spin. READ THE GREEN Study downhill contours with Green Read, judge the pace and watch your putt follow the slope. Long putts use close ball-following cameras for the final approach to the cup. Play at your own pace with local career saves and a portrait layout designed for touch. The game has no advertising or paid in-app purchases. ## Chart rankings - #122 in Top Free · Sports (US App Store) ## Is Retro Golf Tour safe? I’ve been having conversations with the developer of this game and he is the most down to earth, honest and humble dude ever. Him and I even shot back and fourth a couple of ideas just for fun and the game is not disappointing. I’ve had a blast trying to figure out my power for each swing. I’ve played almost every single golf game on the Apple Store and this one by far is the best one in my opinion and I’ve had the most fun with it. For me, this is right up there with Golden Tee Mobile. I’ve enjoyed playing so far and can’t wait to see what’s to come! ### 5/5 — Great! *2026-10-28* One of the best golf games I’ve played! Can’t wait to watch it grow and evolve! ### 5/5 — Incredible! *2026-10-28* I had been waiting to play since seeing the demos on instagram. This game is as advertised, easily one of the best out there. Very fun, realistic and challenging. ### 5/5 — Great Game! *2026-10-28* I’ve been really enjoying Retro Golf Tour! The tutorial is super helpful for learning how to play, and I love that the career path gives the game a real sense of purpose. You’re always working toward something, which makes it feel rewarding and keeps you wanting to play more. It’s fun and well thought out. Definitely recommend giving it a try! ### 5/5 — Great golf game, with one slight caveat *2026-10-28* Great golf game with wonderful mechanics! love the graphics and swing mechanics, however putts can be very unforgiving with the "lip out" feauture that occurs when a putt is on target but hit too hard. Sometimes a putt will be paced perfectly but still lip out for no real reason! Other than that slight annoyance, the game is phenomenal ## Version history (last 2 releases) ### 1.1 — 2026-10-28 Daily tournaments, RGA Monthly Cups and world rankings are here. Play the daily course, view real player scorecards and earn ranking points. Practice at upgradable driving, putting, chipping and bunker facilities.
