You guys have a lot of great stuff though. Love your YouTube vids. ### 4/5 — Messager in the app *2026-03-31, version 3.6.7* I would love to message the owner just to see if I could get a soul silver I trust him by just watching his YouTube videos but I really don’t want to be ripped off I want a fair price. I'll ask Jake about that raise :D ### 3/5 — Stock update time *2025-12-16* Ordered a PS2 and an assortment of games. 48hrs after completing the order, I was notified that all but two of my items were out of stock. I double checked the availability of the items before placing the order, but I was informed that the app doesn’t update stock availability in real time. That’s understandable to have system delay, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful; but, it was disappointing and I’m hesitant to place future orders not knowing if the items I selected will actually be available. Hopefully this feature can be updated in the future as it’s an awesome store and I’d love to purchase from them. ### 3/5 — Great customer care *2025-08-27* The only down side is the app signs you out every other day. But the AV cable came with RCA connectors on both sides so I can’t even plug it into the console. In addition the power supply cord was from NTSC region (rectangle port) while console is from PAL region (D shaped port). Now I need to spend even more money to hopefully get it all working together. ### 1/5 — U have to go threw string to even use the ads they so they can shove there ads in your face. The video games don’t let you know if it’s cib or loose copies and there’s no photos to verify if it’s cib or disk/cart only. Just called to check on an order placed last week as (2) separate emails went unanswered. Young lady stated she is currently 200 online orders behind and not to expect any tracking or shipment info for at least 3-4 more days. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if the communication were better, however the only communication is the cryptic bot messages saying Jake doesn’t have admin access, but still plugging the 15% discount. Hope to hear something concrete soon. ### 1/5 — Predatory *2026-01-31* This app sends too many notifications! It’s non stop and way too much as much as I love Jacob this app has to go! It takes his good name and makes it just clickbait trash! **Developer response:** Sorry about that, we've found a bug in the notification settings, and we're working on a fix.
