The rCloud app runs the equipment we manufacture, over a WiFi connection or iDevice hotspot. It is used to run industry specified tests, and then saves the results of the tests locally on the device and to a backend database in the cloud via Azure. The tests are not accessible for editing by the user once they are saved (local databases are encrypted). It’s been two years since the last one and it shows. This app has deleted my multi point reports before I could submit them, it has issues staying connected to the DM32, the fact that I can’t control the multi point test while it’s running seems pretty poor in my opinion, and the fact that I have to sign back in every 10 minutes, even though it says I can stay signed in, drives me crazy. I’m a HERS rater, I have to use this multiple times a day. I really like the DM32, in my opinion it’s a better menometer than the DG1000, however this app’s UI and use-ability is just far below par in this industry.
