The problem of area-wide alerting still exists, because not everyone has a radio alarm or always has it at hand. RETTERAlarm is the successor to the well-known ALARM! EINSATZ! APP, which has enabled manual alarms since 2012. Our solution: We use existing technology that everyone has in their pocket these days: The mobile phone. The app makes it possible to reliably alert emergency forces in groups or individually. Users can be alerted either by SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp or push. The alert is sent encrypted by the system to the mobile phone. Of course, this can be selected individually for each emergency worker. You will never miss an alert again. The app can also be used to send feedback directly to our system as to whether you will be deployed or not. In this way, it is possible to plan in advance which task forces, with special functions, will be available or not. Aber bitte verwendet dynamische Schriftgrößen, so dass man die Anzeigen mit der Einstellung „Textgröße“ im Kontrollzentrum vergrößern kann. (Wenn ich nachts eine Alarmierung bekomme und noch keine Brille auf habe, kann ich nichts lesen ;-)). Alternativ wäre eine Option, sich die Meldung automatisch vorlesen zu lassen, sehr hilfreich. ### 5/5 — Guter Zusatz zum Meldeempfänger *2025-11-05, version 25.10.1* Wir nutzen RETTERAlarm als zusätzliche Alamierungs möglichkeit zum Digitalen Meldeempfänger. Super Einrichtung bei der Leitstelle, die Daten passen immer mit dem vom Melder überein. Gute Einrichtung als Administrator. Ich kann jede Person einfach in meine verschiedenen Schleifen setzen und bestimmt Rechte geben wie z.b. eintragen von Terminen im Kalender oder Selbst auslösen eines Einsatzes. Auch die Überwachung und senden eines Status vom „Fahrzeug“ sowie Rückmeldung ob man zum Einsatz kommt oder nicht klappt gut und zeitnah im Alarmmonitor in der Wache oder in der App. Einziges Manko das nicht an der App liegt, ist die Verzögerung der Alarmierung im Vergleich zum Digitalen Meldeempfänger. Dadurch dass der Alarm über das Mobile Netz läuft kann es sein dass die App erst anspringt wenn ich schon auf der Anfahrt bin etc., wiegesagt liegt das nicht an der App. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und zahlen auch gerne für die Premium funktionen die wir aktuell nutzen, das Angebot für das Abonnement ist auch sehr attraktiv zu dem was man kriegt. ### 2/5 — Übersichtliche App, aber dennoch Fehlerhaft! *2025-02-05, version 4.6.8* Der Aufbau der App ist übersichtlich. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass die App Kurzbefehle (Workflows) unterstützen würde. Die App ist nicht besonders zuverlässig, oft kommt es vor, dass keine Alarmierungen als Push-Benachrichtigung angezeigt werden. Des weiteren gibt es immer wieder Bugs. Um ein Beispiel zu nennen: Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, sollten in den Einstellungen (IOS)-> Benachrichtigung etwas geändert werden z.B. ausschalten des „kritischen Hinweiston“, verhindert dies Push-Benachrichtigungen für alle Alarme… um dieses Problem zu beheben, muss die App deinstalliert, und anschließend neu installiert werden. An den Benachrichtigung Einstellungen meines iPhones kann es nicht liegen, da ich diese überprüft habe. ### 1/5 — Immer wieder neue Probleme, im Ergebnis keine zuverlässige Alarmierung *2024-12-04, version 4.6.6* Retteralarm hat in den vergangenen Jahren immer wieder seine Unzuverlässigkeit unter Beweis gestellt. Insbesondere die Push-Benachrichtigung fällt regelmäßig aus, sodass die Nutzung zur Alarmierung von Einsatzkräften nicht sinnvoll ist. ### 2/5 — Zuverlässigkeit sollte besser sein *2022-08-16, version 4.3.3* Leider löst die App manchmal gar nicht oder oft zeitverzögert aus. Eine Minute ist ja ok, aber 1-2 Stunden Verzögerung sind dann doch nicht so optimal. ### 4/5 — Funktioniert *2022-08-02, version 4.3.2* Nachdem die Großen Probleme beseitigt wurden funktioniert die App nun auch bei meinem iPhone. Der Support ist immer bemüht Fehler abzustellen wie ich mir sagen lassen habe. Macht weiter so. Alles in allem eine sehr solide App. ### 5/5 — Ich bin begeistert! *2022-04-05, version 4.1.5* Sehr nützliche App in Sachen Zusatzalarmierung, sie funktioniert äußerst zuverlässig! Auch ihre Zusatzfeatures sorgen für Begeisterung. Ziemlich nützlich finde ich die Terminverwaltung, die einen bei bevorstehenden Terminen wie z. B. Übungsdiensten benachrichtigt. Dafür gibt es von mir klare und ehrliche 5 Sterne! ### 1/5 — Was für ein Schrott *2022-02-17, version 4.0.9* Die Alarmierung funktioniert keinen Stratz! Die letzten 3/4 Alarmierungen haben nicht funktioniert! Bei dem einen Mal wo es funktioniert hat, musste die App vorher neu installiert werden! Der Klingelton ist ein Witz! Anstatt diesen in Schleife laufen zu lassen, klingelt dieser nur 2 Sekunden ohne Wiederholung! Macht nachts keinen Sinn! Ich wünsche mir die SMS Alarmierung zurück!
