App und generell die Bibliothek, auch Online, ist absolut unübersichtlich. Beim lesen viel zu empfindlich was das heran- und heraus zoomen betrifft und auch das generelle arbeiten mit der Online- als auch App version ist schwierig. Da nehme ich doch lieber die Bücher als den schrott

Da abonniert man eine teure Zeitschrift mit online Zugang, welcher wohl nur über die App funktioniert. Und dann werden die falschen Zugangsdaten verschickt. Wenn man dann anrufen und nachfragen möchte, wird die Verbindung kurz nach der Bandansage gekappt. 
Wäre die Zeitschrift nicht lesenswert würde ich das Abo sofort wieder kündigen!

Bücher offline abrufbar wenn bezahlt. 
Aber leider ist mit der App kein Splitscreen möglich bei Apple

Im Rahmen meiner Ausbildung haben wir die LPN Bücher mit Onlinezugang zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Auf der Website funktioniert das auch Ohne Probleme, aber in der App wird mir keines dieser Bücher als im Besitz angezeigt, obwohl ich genauso angemeldet bin wie online. Das finde ich sehr schwach wenn man dies schon anbietet und es dann garnicht funktioniert. Da es garnicht Funktioniert eher 0 Sterne.

Neben den eigenen (gekauften) Büchern und Zeitschriften werden zahlreiche andere Produkte des Verlags eingeblendet (als „Leseprobe“ = Werbung) was die Darstellung völlig unübersichtlich macht. Das Anmelden verursacht immer wieder Probleme.

Wenn ein Buchverlag eine App raus bringt, benötigt diese nur zwei Grundfunktionen um gut zu sein: Eine zum lesen und eine zum kaufen! Lesen geht, aber warum zur Hölle kann man in dieser App keine Bücher per In-App-Kauf erwerben 🤯 ??? Ein Buch lesen kann man erst, wenn man es normal kauft und dann umständlich registriert ... hallo, wir haben 2018!

Die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet. Wünschenswert wäre eine Integration des Apple Pencil um in Büchern und Zeitschriften Kommentare, Markierungen oder Gedankenstützen einfügen zu können und diese mit einem Lesezeichen verbinden zu können. Onlinekäufe wären ebenfalls sehr wünschenswert.
