## What is Returnest?

Returnest

Returnest helps you stay in control of every return - from the moment you decide to send something back until the refund actually lands in your account.

Most return apps stop at the receipt. Returnest goes further: it tracks the money.

See exactly how much you are still owed, which deadlines are approaching, and which refunds are overdue - all from one simple dashboard.

WHY RETURNEST

• Money first
Your dashboard shows the total amount still waiting to be refunded - not just a pile of receipts.

• Never miss a deadline
Get reminders before your return window closes, after you ship an item, and when a refund is due.

• Keep your proof
Save return labels, drop-off receipts, tracking screenshots, product photos, and notes for every return.

• Catch overdue refunds
Returnest flags refunds that never arrived, so you can follow up before it is too late.

• Track partial refunds
Received less than expected? Returnest tracks the outstanding balance until you are paid in full.

TRACK THE WHOLE JOURNEY

Purchased → Return started → Shipped → Delivered → Refund pending → Refund received

Returnest follows every step of the return process and tells you what needs your attention next.

BUILT-IN EVIDENCE PACKAGE

Generate a clean PDF summary for any return, including:

• Full return timeline
• Shipping and tracking details
• Expected and received refund amounts
• Current refund status
• Attached receipts, screenshots, and other proof

Your evidence package is ready to share with a retailer’s customer support team whenever you need help resolving a return.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• Works fully offline - no account required
• Your receipts, photos, and notes stay on your device
• No bank access
• No email scanning
• No selling your personal data
• Encrypted backups that you control

Whether you shop on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Zara, SHEIN, Temu, or anywhere else, Returnest helps make sure you actually get your money back.

A return is not finished until the money is back.
