## What is ReturningBy?

ReturningBy is the companion app to PassingBy. It takes all the restaurant pins you've collected while walking around and turns them into a personalized dining plan — with zero effort.

Open the app and see every place you've saved, plotted on a map. Filter by today, yesterday, or this week. Tap any pin to see the top nearby restaurants with photos, menus, ratings, and distance from where you are right now.

Found one you like? Bookmark it. Rate it. Get walking directions with one tap.

The more you bookmark and rate, the smarter it gets. ReturningBy learns your preferences — price range, cuisine style, the kind of places you keep coming back to — and uses that to rank future suggestions. A personal recommendation score shows how well each restaurant matches your taste.

Browse your saved places in a scrolling carousel. Each card highlights as its pin lights up on the map, with a line showing exactly how far it is from you.

All your data lives on your device. No account. No cloud. No tracking. Your bookmarks, ratings, and preferences are stored in a local database that never leaves your phone.
