I was able to install the app and, after several tries, get it to create a digital tag, but the app hangs when attempting to create a new lock screen to display the tag. The ReturnMe logo just spins.

I was able to access the App on my phone, but it crashed while creating my digital tag and I was not been able to open it again. I had to delete it and re-install it. But I am still not able to create a digital tag for my lock screen.

**Developer response:** Hi T.R.O. Very sorry about the inconvenience. At the time of your review we were in the middle of releasing our new app so some of the features were not working at that time. We apologize for that inconvenience. You can try downloading our new app which has fixed those issues now and you'll be able to get the digital tag for your phone's lock screen. Got some key tags when I got my car. Found about they had a digital version as well.
Good way to increase chances to get your phone back if you lose it.
