As soon as that’s fixed it gets a 5 star. One more thing would be a great addition if there was a tracking system on your end so we know where it’s holding in ur hub ### 4/5 — Amazing, Except… *2023-09-21, version 2.2.8* So, I love this service 90% it works as you would hope. One annoyance is I need to resync Amazon every single time I use the service. Additionally, it sometimes doesn’t put all the items purchased into the app, even with syncing. Otherwise I’ve asked for a RQ return bag to be left during next pick up because they took my bag and didn’t leave me a replacement 5 pickups ago - they’ve never done so. So, overall 90/100. ### 3/5 — Huge fan of this convenience but… *2023-07-12* I adore this app and service for the convenience and their kind customer service. But my anxiety can’t handle not knowing when the items are actually dropped off to be shipped out for return after being picked up. It wouldn’t matter if most returns don’t work under a “return by date”, but most stores do work this way. I think I need to pause my use of this app till they have a system added that notifies us for when items are officially shipped out after the pickup. But I will def be checking in to see if this update ever happens! :) Would be even more helpful if receipts for the drops were added to our account. I know all shipment centers and drop off stations are able to provide this - in case the refund doesn’t go through and we need to prove the item was shipped out. **Developer response:** THANK YOU for this valuable feedback. Nobody answers the customer service phone number either. App is easy to use, driver super friendly and timely! ### 5/5 — Clutch for holiday shopping *2022-12-13, version 2.1.15* This has seriously come in super clutch this holiday season. I just had a baby and was so anxious about being able to shop for the holidays for my family of 5 plus all our relatives but Return Queen has been integral in getting it done. This is seriously a partnership that retail stores should hop onto because things i would have hesitated to buy because i wasn’t sure how it would fit or if i would like it I’m getting because I am not nervous about making sure I return or exchange within the return window. The special bag they drop off for you to put your returns in ensures that no matter the weather my return doesn’t get damaged waiting to be picked up. The folks who come and pick up the bag are also so nice and friendly This is def something i would recommend to ANY mom of small children, anyone who knows they are going to be getting a large amount of gifts or just anyone who has an Amazon obsession like i do. 10/10 love love love ### 5/5 — Must-have app for online shoppers! *2022-12-01, version 2.1.14* If you do a lot of shopping online and are tired of making runs to the post office or UPS to drop off returns, this is a game-changer! I spent a significant amount of my time on my weekly trips to return Amazon items to my local UPS store. No matter how crowded the store was, I simply waited my turn. Then I discovered ReturnQueen! They make returning things so easy. They have been very pleasant to deal with in addition! I highly recommend their very useful service!!! ### 4/5 — Very Useful App! *2022-10-31* So glad that Return Queen exists for online shoppers like myself! Never has it been so easy for me to return clothes. The reason that I only gave it 4 starts is that they could work on their scheduling in regards to their pickups. Every single time I schedule a pick up they try to come at least 3 hours earlier than I put down. This is very frustrating during the week when I am either at work or when I have meetings during the day. It’s very distracting when I have to deal with the pick up people coming when I am in the middle of a meeting that I have to participate in. So how it works is there is a middle person between the pick up person and you the customer. They ask you if they can come earlier but if you say no it is not oftentimes relayed to the driver. So the driver still tries to come when you are not available which is something that I don’t need to deal with when I am at work or in meetings when I work from home. I schedule it at certain times because those are the times that I know I will be free. There is literally a flexible option that a user can select from. If a user does not choose the flexible option then I don’t believe that they should still ask to come way earlier or later than the user selects. To make matters worse they changed the blocks from 2 hour blocks to 4. Which means that you have to be available in the span of 4 hours. This makes it hard to schedule a pick up after work or before. But even with this they still try to come at a completely different time than you selected. Very annoying :/ **Developer response:** While we're thrilled to hear you like our service, we are sorry that we have disappointed you with the timing of your pickups. We do try to be mindful of the environment and optimize our routes to reduce emissions from our big purple vans. There is no phone number to reach them. Horrible customer service!! Also accounts don’t always link. ### 2/5 — Used to be amazing, but I’ve been having issues *2023-09-28, version 2.2.8* I absolutely love the idea of this app and it’s been so valuable to me as a person with ADHD and no car to take returns to the post office/Amazon store/etc! But recently, I’ve had multiple issues of returns not getting sent in for several days or even a few weeks after the return pickup, and I’ve had to nudge the customer support team to get answers. Part of the appeal of this service is you don’t have to be on top of sending in every individual return — but I’ve spent so much time trying to troubleshoot returns recently. When I have to track my returns daily, contact retailers to find out if they even got the return, and try to figure out why one item from an order wasn’t dropped off at the UPS store, or why over a week after pickup the return hasn’t been mailed in yet according to the tracking, it becomes more stress and takes more time than it saves. Please get it together, RQ! I’ve been a fan for so long, and I want to keep using and loving this service.
