## What is Returns by Pivot88?

Returns by Pivot88 was created to facilitate the initiation of returns at store & warehouse level. Our user management system and built-in barcode scanner make it quick and easy to capture data directly at the source. Submit returns as completed, or use our embedded review process to revise and update them in the Pivot88 web platform.
