Built so what you record stays recorded. A source who agreed to talk once. A witness interview in a holding room. A research interview six hours from the office. A client meeting in a basement conference room. When you hit record on something that matters, you only get one shot — and it matters most in exactly the places your phone says No Service. Rev records first. Start a recording and it keeps going: through a dead zone, an incoming call, an alarm, a notification, or you switching apps to check a name. You can see it's still running right from your lock screen. Audio saves to your phone as it's captured, so losing signal never means losing the recording. When you're back online, it uploads on its own. Then it becomes something you can use. Your recording is transcribed automatically and lands in your Rev account as a searchable transcript with speakers attributed, ready to analyze with a question or a template. It's the same account and files you use on desktop. RECORD ANYWHERE • Record with no signal — nothing needed to start, run, or save a recording • Keeps recording through calls, alarms, and notifications • See a live transcript as you record • Check your recording from the lock screen • Uploads automatically, with retry, once you're back online ANALYZE ANY RECORDING • AI transcripts, created automatically for every recording and upload • Summaries from templates built for the task — a witness interview synopsis, an incident timeline, a case note • Ask a recording a question and get an answer from its transcript • Watch the original video right alongside the transcript • Search your files by name • Upload audio and video files straight from your phone SHARE SECURELY • Share a transcript with your whole team, or lock it to just the people who need it • Clear permission icons show what's private and what's shared • Rev is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts customer content, and doesn't use customer files to train third-party AI models • HIPAA-compliant workflows available on Unlimited accounts ONE REV ACCOUNT Sign in with your Rev login and everything is already there — your recordings, transcripts, and subscription.
