## What is Rev4Pur?

Welcome to Reverse Mortgage Educators' mobile app, REVERSE 4 PURCHASE.  Reverse 4 Purchase will help calculate the down payment a home buyer will need to have depending on the purchase price entered. The loan amount provided by the Reverse Mortgage will also be provided at the same time. Since the Reverse Mortgage for Purchase does not require a monthly mortgage payment to be made, the calculator will not need income to determine loan amount.
