They just lost a customer today and I know for a fact land advisors are about to lose a heck of a lot more customers. This is not a premium app. This does no skip trace. This latest revision requires an account to access the any of the functionality of the app. Upon creating an account, I find I no longer have access to my MANY bookmarks.
