I booked an appointment, was charged right away, and the provider never confirmed, cancelled or showed up. But if I cancel it wont refund me. Absolute garbage, “convenient” is a joke, it would’ve been more convenient to go to urgent care since I would be home by now instead of waiting for some random provider to wake up and cancel my appointment/ issue a refund.
