It felt like it was a marketing study they were doing on me. Asking me how much money I make. I will give you zero stars. The continue button when setting up your info is cut off so you can’t even continue to next question. Stuck at the setup stage. Then you have to pay for the app, $5 a month. I would have preferred to be presented with the cost of the app first so I could decide whether or not to use it and then I can enter my info, not answer all those invasive questions to be told I have to pay to use the app. This is deceiving. ### 1/5 — Just asks dumb questions *2026-01-17* Asks random questions and the. Need to see more benefits of the app before pledging to buy it. It’s very inaccurate. I scanned the same product 3 times back to back and received vastly different responses. I have wasted a lot of time trying to cancel before they charge me. It is not well designed. Scanned 5 different common food products and it failed each time “Analysis Failed” is all I get. Big disappointment.
