Not kidding. Had to cancel direct debit so they would do something about my cancellation request. They chased money straight away but still not canceled the one vehicle so now I have requested to cancel all 4. They keep chasing for the payment but still not give me my settlement and lied about contract terms. This still going on since Feb 2025 with no resolution as of July 2025 other than chasing money for a service I want to cancel. The same “technician” installed cameras which didn’t work properly either. All he did was shrug his shoulders and left. This same installer damaged the dashboard of one of my trucks. I reported all this and nothing has been done to correct the issues. I would have been better off getting dash cams from Amazon and installed myself. It’s not fair. It’s not right. system ain’t the best just giving you guys more time to figure it out thank goodness I haven’t lost a service truck yet value of my trucks and equipment are three to $400,000 each. I’m not a happy camper.
