It’s not fair. Over $1000 in over charges. And now they deactivated my account and refuse to awnser to me. This is a joke. I am a small business owner going through a hard time and this is a big hit. Do not trust Verizon and their staff. Had to cancel direct debit so they would do something about my cancellation request. They chased money straight away but still not canceled the one vehicle so now I have requested to cancel all 4. They keep chasing for the payment but still not give me my settlement and lied about contract terms. This still going on since Feb 2025 with no resolution as of July 2025 other than chasing money for a service I want to cancel. The same “technician” installed cameras which didn’t work properly either. All he did was shrug his shoulders and left. This same installer damaged the dashboard of one of my trucks. I reported all this and nothing has been done to correct the issues. I would have been better off getting dash cams from Amazon and installed myself. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use. After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices. Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company.
