So I retract my statement, I contacted my phone provided and got it all sorted the error messages where just because my phone didn’t have it built in. So that’s why they where showing up but I do have to say I’ve tested the app and I can confirm it works perfect ! We were able to get the police involved and the calls completely stopped!! ### 5/5 — Great product - excellent customer service *2025-11-05* The actual service was good and easy to install and use. I was able to unmask who had called me 100 times from a blocked number. Once I told them their name and phone number, they stopped immediately. I had a billing problem after I cancelled my service and the president reached out to me to determine the issue. If I ever need anything like this service again, this is the one I will use. **Developer response:** Hi, like all apps on the App Store, we can't control or change any billing - this is 100% in Apple's department. For any subscription on iOS, you can cancel it by going to the App Store app -> Profile -> Subscriptions. Then tap the relevant subscription and choose cancel.
