The content turns on based on the gps signals. The advice on the lookouts in Kauai was spot on. The technology truly functioned as if we hired an actual local guide riding in the car with us. Customer service was very responsive. Highly highly recommend the drive tours even if it’s an additional cost. Really poor and disappointing execution of this app when compared with their books. No way to contact customer service- ?
