I’ve been using the chargers for over a year. It is always hard to figure out which station had the best availability but now with the app it makes my life so much easier. Love the way I can see prices on the main screen.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and it’s honestly made charging way less stressful. I like being able to see station availability and pricing before I head out, so I’m not guessing when I get there. The real-time updates during a session are helpful too — I can check progress without walking back to the car.
One thing I didn’t expect to care about was the charging history, but it’s nice to be able to look back at past sessions and costs. I’ve also noticed better in-app rates compared to paying at the station, which is a nice bonus. Overall it just feels practical and saves me time.

Completely unable to charge my car via the app in San Francisco on ten different attempts and different days. Failure of an app. Don’t bother downloading. How is it authentication is still difficult in 2026? This was EV charging basics ten years ago when we first bought our car…

Came today to Williamsburg and tried to charge via the app , and the app simply doesn’t have numbers starting 10 and up , but it’s 25 units there 
Even those first 10 don’t match the app and you still have to pay with your card 
Scam 
No more discounts for Uber too

This charging station is wonderful, one of the few chargers available in the city where they don’t make you pay to enter the lot so you can charge. We need more of these types of chargers!  The app is easy to use, payment is a quick tap, there’s a variety of different chargers that the app tells you if it’s available, and there’s WiFi!
