Just left them. They are completely unethical with their contracts and still billed me after cancellations had been done. I’m so glad I’m done with them. ### 2/5 — Slow and unoptimized app *2024-12-15, version 2.80.6* First of all, when u pay for the service, essential tool like this should be free of charge as it provides same info as in the web app. Second, for a company like revel, such slow app that provides only numbers data is a big shame. It seems Revel is not listening to their customers ### 1/5 — Worst app ever! *2023-01-27, version 2.75.5* This is the most horrible app for a business I have ever used. No real time without having to wait FOREVER to refresh unless it crashes and you have to start all over again. No way to check your online orders coming in. We use revel for our cafe and while it works reasonably well their implementation for management to see key data on phones is poor. We use Vend for our Shop and as of right now I have a Widget that I can use to display any information I want. Crucial data on my Home Screen. And of course, it is free as part of their subscription. Sort yourselves our Revel, you are now years behind competition. We have been thinking of leaving the system recently and the short term money-grabbing bs like this is nudging us over the edge. ### 1/5 — Not Real Time *2020-05-18, version 2.59.1* Horrible app and not “real time” as stated. The website is real time but with the app you will not receive real time sales or labor....and now it won’t even let me log in! My license key which did work before doesn’t now.
