I’ve reported it to apple, and requested refund. I have yet to hear from reventure app about resolution. However if you’re just trying to to keep up with the market the price for the app is a bit high. If there were a more generalized version at a lower cost I would buy it. ### 3/5 — Lots of UX bugs… *2026-01-13* Saw this app live on desktop - it’s pretty great, the mobile app not so much as it lacks basic UX principles, here’s an example; you click on a feature - if you don’t have a paying subscription of a whooping $500 an overlay modal pop up comes up, the x button is all the way shoved in a corner not accounting for people with larger thumbs, guess what can’t click out of it not sure if it was done intentionally so in the frustration you sign up for their prime membership which is $400 too expensive at least it is for me. ### 3/5 — Very limited without premium *2025-10-28* This app has a lot of valuable information but unfortunately 95% of it is stuck behind a very expensive paywall. For $49/month they should have stuck to the previous monthly amount but it looks like the app price is going up 10.5% yoy. ### 4/5 — Great Investment App *2026-02-28* Reventure has become one of my go-to tools for quickly pressure-testing real estate decisions. The interface is clean, the insights are fast, and the way it visualizes market movement helps you move from “interesting” to “actionable” in minutes. What I like most is how Reventure supports both investors and everyday buyers: you can validate whether a market is overheating, stabilizing, or undervalued, and you can do it with enough detail to feel confident—not just entertained. It’s a serious value for the amount of analysis you get in one place. One improvement I’d love to see: more short, expert-led breakdowns (video or in-app explainers) that walk through the data logic and show example decision workflows. That would make an already strong product even more powerful. Highly recommend for anyone making real estate decisions based on signal instead of hype. ### 5/5 — Used this to buy my house! *2026-08-11* After years of saving and professional growth, we felt the timing in our lives was right to buy a home. This has been, and seems to still be, a very hot market. We had 3 losing offers (2 of which were over asking price). I used this app to make an informed decision on houses we offered on. I feel like it kept me grounded in reality when others were willing to overspend! We found yet another house that we absolutely loved and used the listing analyzer to come up with a competitive offer. We rounded up by 2k from what the analyzer suggested to make an even-numbered offer that was 25k over list. (The analyzer even suggested an over list price for Fair Offer!) Not only was our offer accepted, the appraisal came back over the selling price! Though my journey (fingers crossed) with this app comes to a close, I am so grateful for the knowledge you share and make available through this app. It gave me confidence in our process and multiple offers we had to make. I know everyone wants to get a great deal that saves them a ton of money but this app is useful to those that want to confidently make offers, even in a hot market. Maybe I didn’t save thousands on the purchase price, but the app was well worth the price for being such a great tool. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Wonderful granular data of hyperlocal markets! *2026-08-03* The Reventure App is the best app out there for analyzing past and current market trends in the real estate market with very credible forecasts for future trends. I really being able to see a snapshot of each markets historical inventory on a month to month basis. I have a suggestion that could further improve this metric. Some areas have seen fast population growth over the past few years so the historical inventory level becomes less relevant. I would like to see an inventory per capita metric or an inventory per household metric so that the relative surplus or deficit of housing available is more properly measured. Additionally, I would like to see the rent numbers be broken down more granularly like they are with Zumper data, where you can filter by both bedroom count and housing type. Even still, the Reventure App is the best place to review and analyze housing market data compared to all other tools out there. This app has made many great improvements over time and I am confident that future iterations will continue to increase the precision and accuracy of its forecasting metrics. ### 5/5 — Excellent resource for real estate research *2026-07-02* This app has become one of my favorite tools for analyzing housing markets. The home value trends and market statistics are presented in a way that’s easy to understand while still providing meaningful insights. I especially appreciate being able to quickly compare different areas and see how markets have changed over time. The interface is clean, fast, and intuitive, making it simple to find the information I need. Whether you’re a homebuyer, investor, real estate professional, or just interested in housing data, this app is an excellent resource. ### 5/5 — Excellent data, Exceptional Service *2026-07-01* I have followed Nick and his data analysis since early 2021. This App provides a tremendous amount of data that is easy to use and decipher leading to better decision-making. On top of that I emailed the support team as the link for my annual invoice had expired. I figure it is so late in the evening that I would not receive a response until tomorrow, but less than 10 minutes Elijah from the support team emailed me an invoice. As a small business owner, this is so important to stay on top of invoices for my taxes and accounting. Way to go Reventure team for such a high level of service. ### 5/5 — The best app for anyone in RE *2026-06-30* I can’t say enough good things about Reventure. My business has completely flipped upside down ever since I’ve started using it, and it’s become an essential tool in the likes of MLS or AI. Being able to keep up on both micro AND macro geographical areas has helped my clients branch out into new markets, while knowing what the long term and short term forecasts look like in local markets. I believe that Reventure is absolutely a must have for any serious RE professional. I simply couldn’t do my job to the best of my abilities without it. Everything forecasted in the app in the area we were looking to move, happened. Additionally, what was forecast about our area up north was also was accurate. All the demographics listed are incredibly useful tools if you are looking to buy a home. Many of the metrics have only been available to realtors in the past.
