Reverie makes it so their remotes break after a few years of use AND the app doesn’t work. Never ever ever again will I buy a Reverie product. For the price I paid, I expected more from Reverie. Huge FAIL. Update: after uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, and rebooting again, the app works. Let’s see how long before it disconnects and stops working. Now what? ### 2/5 — Half-baked app *2016-10-27, version 3.4.5* Good idea.....bad implementation. The app will sometimes connect....other times must reboot the phone to see the bed. All software has been updated. Including iOS. App needs a redesign and update to work properly with the latest hardware and OS. It doesn't work well with newer iPhones and larger screen sizes. It's very blurry/pixelated. The app could use new buttons like preset's for certain positions. Like pc,tv, book reading, relax, etc etc mode. A preset button for certain situations like this would be nice. Nightlight brightness slider drops little by little every time you back out and then revisit the adjust nightlight screen. This app worked for maybe 15 minutes but now I can't get it to work at all no matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect to the Bluetooth module and/or reboot my iPhone. It refuses to control my bed at all. The amount of money reverie charges for the Bluetooth modules is criminal and this app is atrociously bad. I've contacted reverie and when I responded and told them I was using an iPhone and gave them my bed model number I've not received any reply. I suspect they know what a broken piece of crap this app is and that's why they haven't helped at all. Don't waste your money on the Bluetooth modules! ### 1/5 — Bed not found *2015-06-05* Hi, we have purchased two long singles reverie beds and would love to use the reverie remote we have downloaded. We both have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 plus and it is not finding our bed. It is coming up with bed not found, be sure the bed is plugged in and the module is lit. Can you please assist us in having this fixed and I will be able to give you 5 stars. First and foremost, the alarm feature NEEDS to be fixed. Secondly, the app restarts and/or crashes on Iphone5S. And lastly, this app is a direct representation of your company. Take some pride in doing what you do and make these other companies jealous. Reverie wants $250 for a new remote. They hung up on my wife when she called for support. This app is buggy and I have no confidence that bed might get stuck in an upright position. No customer support at all because they don’t even bother to respond my questions. One phone will connect, another won’t. Then that phone will connect, and the other one won’t. Frustrating when a guests phone connects, and then yours won’t. I should be able to block others from taking over my bed. Next thing you know, my phone is connected to and operating the bed and theirs isn’t. That how it should stay. This app does not work for both bases. It will only recognize both bases for about 15 minutes, then will only recognize one base. Eventually it stops recognizing them all together. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app, unplug the bases, unplug the Bluetooth, etc it still has the same issue. This is a major problem. I paid extra for the Bluetooth on each base and I can't even use them because the app is severely slacking. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The app is easy to use and includes four memory presets. You may need to reselect to the bed in setup if you leave the bedroom. The bluetooth range is not far. The auto timer will be set for 5min, but will activate in 5sec. I have tried setting at different times to no avail. However, all the other functions work right every time. I plug my phone into the USB charger and then set the alarm. While in the alarm mode screen, I touch the dimmer and leave the phone on for the night.
