I’ve been using the Revian app along with my cap and it’s made a huge difference in staying on track. The reminders are really helpful without being annoying and the app itself is very simple to navigate. I like that I don’t have to think about it. it just keeps me consistent with my routine. Definitely a great add-on that makes the whole experience easier. Oh, and by the way, I’m growing a lot more hair!

I’ve been a diligent user of the Revian cap and app since summer 2023, following months of chemo and radiation treatments. I love how the app tracks my daily usage and seeing my treatment compliance percentage keeps me motivated to use it as part of my daily morning routine. Results from consistent use are visible and my hair hasn’t been this thick since before I had kids. Well worth the investment!

I’ve had it ready to launch then tell me it needs an update: Will only take 2 minutes. Then, it spins and spins and never updates. Secondly, it takes sometimes three or four times for it to connect to Bluetooth. Gives messages: please check internet connection. These issues are not due to cap being undercharged, nor from my phone not being connected. Very frustrating.

Why does app take 5-10 second to login every day and can you fix it?  I have asked numerous times.  I study hair industry and water as a hobby. Test everything that has science backed studies.  My review of this cap is pending developer removing daily login friction. There are numerous alternatives available in this space at a fraction of the cost.

I updated all my reminders and the toggle for each went from green to grey as I updated them and won’t go back to green. I rely on those.

**Developer response:** Hello! A small bug showed itself in the 2.4.0 app build for an isolated group of iOS users. The bug was squashed quickly with our 2.4.1 release in early January. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I was told money back guarantee. Well…. Only if after like 6 months and 80% use. Hard to use as directed when it only turns on through the app and the app is frequently down. I’m over trying to use it and the app doesn’t work. So I’m non compliant technically but not my fault. F THIS COMPANY. also I don’t think it works at all. Just makes your head warm.
Update to their response: you are proving my point. This being sold with no on or off switch and fully controlled by you throw an app that is frequently down makes it annoying. I’m an adult. For $1600 I’d like to be able to be trusted to use it as directed without your app being the only way to use it and with your time limits.
