Absolutely terrible experience with Revibe. *2026-04-11* I ordered a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 through their platform and received the wrong model. They promised and confirmed a 120 AED refund on 17/03/2026, but after 25+ days (as of 11/04/2026) the money has still not been refunded. I have followed up multiple times with messages and emails — complete silence from them. No refund, no response, nothing at all. This is not just poor customer service; it feels like they take your money and then disappear. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Do NOT buy from Revibe.
