It was delivered dead. Return procedure was horrible. Its almost a month into the problem and its bot resolved. Still cant believe the nerve of the conpmay to send a dead phone which apparently “quality checked” by professionals. The device developed a significant signal issue on the second day of use. • Slow Response Time: I filed a complaint immediately, but the company's response was extremely delayed. • Unfair Repair Charges: When they finally collected the device for repair, I was outrageously charged for the service, despite the problem appearing almost immediately after purchase. • Ridiculous Delivery: It took over 20 days for the device to be returned, and the delivery was made at the unacceptable hour of 1:00 AM. • Problem Persists: Worst of all, the very next day after receiving the "repaired" phone, the exact same signal issue recurred. • No Further Communication: Now, having notified them that the repair failed, they are completely non-responsive. This is unacceptable service. They took my money, charged me for a repair that didn't work, delivered the item at an absurd time, and are now ignoring my requests for a resolution. Save yourself the hassle and expense—do not buy from this company. ### 1/5 — Terrible Service *2025-11-21, version 4.1.9* Strongly suggest everyone avoids this company. A year ago I bought myself and my wife new iPhones 15s (totaling 6,600AED + another 840AED for 2yrs extended warranty). My phone developed a problem last few months where it randomly dropped all network connectivity. No reception, no calls, not data connections. I sent video evidence of it happening along with detailed description to replicate problem easily. They declined the claim without basis after a long time having the phone. They then ‘forgot’ to ship the phone back to me and needed me to follow up. After they returned the phone, they kept my phone case and are now refusing to return that to me as well. Absolutely terrible experience with Revibe. *2026-04-11* I ordered a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 through their platform and received the wrong model. They promised and confirmed a 120 AED refund on 17/03/2026, but after 25+ days (as of 11/04/2026) the money has still not been refunded. I have followed up multiple times with messages and emails — complete silence from them. No refund, no response, nothing at all. This is not just poor customer service; it feels like they take your money and then disappear. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Do NOT buy from Revibe. I order 6 times, 2 times I didn’t add any promo codes and product was as shown, but rest of the 4 times I added discount codes and they gave me products with certain malfunction products. I accepted the deduction to cancel my order, but the cancellation failed due to a system error and the order was still delivered. The return request faced multiple system issues, a delay of over 10 days, and is now marked as "invalid claim" without any explanation. Despite several calls, emails, and accepting deductions, the refund has still not been initiated. Very frustrating and unprofessional support.
