By that I mean that it will only accept one input unit type - either metric or imp. This needs to be changed as not every measurement will be in metric (who measures MV in mps?!?!) but I can’t change individual data points to a different unit of measurement like I can with GeoBalistics. Plus the app is still far too buggy. I got locked on one screen with an error msg and the OK button wouldn’t resolve it. For such a purported high end optic product this app is a real disappointment. ### 5/5 — Great binoculars! *2025-11-02, version 5.4.2* Great glass, very bright and clear. Range finder is very fast and gets long ranges. However the eye cups could be better. I tried many ballistic range finders. None of them worked properly. This app and the Revic BR4 provide an absolutely perfect ballistic solution. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not Gunwerks G7 *2025-11-20, version 5.4.2* The G7 was a much better program, but of course it’s no longer available. ### 1/5 — New update deleted all saved profiles *2025-09-01, version 5.4.0* All of the saved profiles I had were deleted after the update. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not User Friendly *2025-07-25, version 5.3.3* Not user-friendly and not streamlined. It’s very difficult to use and set up and ask for information that is not relevant. I get better result with the OG ballistics apps. ### 1/5 — Revive BR4 *2024-09-13* Extremely difficult interface to use. The directions indicate icons and modules to that do not exist. For example when selecting a profile in the app on main screen open sync module (sync module is not an option). Then it asks to select an icon next to the ballistic profile that doesn’t exist even after I have entered the profile on the app. This is a very expensive not user friendly range finder. The worst part is in a hunting situation sometimes there are only seconds to get a shot off after ranging target. You must open the app and sync I’m guessing to get firing solutions. Then there are the videos online wow those are not intuitive whatsoever and vague at best. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2024-08-02, version 5.3.3* Not friendly. It’s usually off by 7000’. It’s also a nuisance having to go into settings for mil solutions and M/US every day when I first open the app. This should be a constant until I change it. Pretty sad when there are so many other ballistic apps that have figured this out. Other than that, the solutions are pretty good. ### 2/5 — Needs to Update Calculator for Faster Twist *2024-10-10, version 5.3.3* Presently the BR4 app only accommodates 1:5 and faster twist. Once a complete profile for your caliber is created and synced, all it takes is a click of the button “fire” and everything is taken into account to make the perfect shot.
