## What is REVIERFLITZER?

REVIERFLITZER is the on-demand shuttle that complements public transport late in the evening and at night provided by STOAG. In the north of Oberhausen and in Neue Mitte we will bring you safely and comfortably from A to B. During your ride, you will be sharing the REVIERFLITZER with other riders traveling in a similar direction. This helps to reduce traffic congestion, save resources and improve the quality of life and climate in Oberhausen.
 
You can pay for your ride directly in the REVIERFLTZER app by credit card or PayPal. The ride price is based on the current VRR-tariff system and depends on the amount of kilometers travelled and whether or not you have a valid public transport ticket. Of course any ride delays caused by traffic or detours due to the picking up or dropping off other riders will not be reflected in the price you pay. You will be shown the final price of your trip before accepting the ride.

REVIERFLITZER will transport you safely to your destination on Mondays to Thursdays from 21:00 - 02:00, Fridays from 21:00 - 06:00, Saturdays from 21:00 - 09:00 and Sundays from 21:00 - 2:00.

Enter your origin and destination (either by entering the address or by moving the pin on the map) 
 
Adjust the passenger count and the available public transport tickets
 
Accept ride (you will see the final price before accepting) 
 
Be picked up from a REVIERFLITZER and transported to your destination (you can see your REVIERFLITZER and route in the app) 
 
After your ride pay by credit card or PayPal through the app.

Die geplanten Fahrwege und daraus resultierenden Ankunftszeiten sind nur eine Momentaufnahme. Durch ungünstige nachträgliche Buchungen anderer, kann sich die Fahrzeit deutlich erhöhen.

Wegen Problemen der App mit meiner Zahlungsmethode (egal welcher) kann ich die App nicht nutzen. 
Das Problem bestand schonmal. Weiß allerdings nicht wo das Problem lag. Wurde behoben. Da war der Kontakt per Mail auch noch möglich. 
Das ist jetzt leider nicht der Fall. Kein Support seit Mitte Dezember.

Das ist die beste App die es zur aktuellen Zeit gibt. Man bekommt einen Fahrer und kommt sicher an seinem Ziel an. Es ist ein echt ausgeklügeltes System und ich hoffe, dass sich dieser Dienst weiter ausbaut.

Die Idee ist super. Die Umsetzung verbesserungswürdig. Unübersichtliche app wodurch Fahrten falsch gebucht und natürlich sofort bezahlt werden. Sofortige Stornierung kostet dann natürlich nochmal extra.
