Very annoying, particularly if I didn’t note which page I was on. Also, after reviewing an item and clicking the arrow back to the main catalogue, you don’t end up back at the exact spot you were at. It’s just a really really poorly made app that feels like it technically ticks the box of an app, but is not even as useful as a simple webpage. Very clunky. ### 2/5 — Pretty basic but better than nothing *2018-01-28, version 1.8* It’s lost it’s find in store section - it used to be handy to see if my size was in a local boutique or dept store but now it’s blank whether I type in suburbs/postcode or click find my location - yet I’ve got that all selected in the phone settings for this app. I do like the records of spending for the reward program but every time I go into the app it says to update the app. It is beyond frustrating that stock at outlet stores are not included in stock levels. It’s 2018 and we are expected to call individual stores to see if they have sizes & stock. In SA there is only 1 outlet store with woeful stock levels in sz10-14 so I don’t bother. You spend ages putting in filters for your search but when you click on an item to view and then press back to view more items in your search, it resets so that your filters all disappear and you are back to square one. Now the app is getting stuck on verifying the connection everytime I click on an item to purchase, so I can’t actually buy anything. Tried deleting and re installing the app, but same issue. ### 1/5 — The app is the worst app I have seen or used for an expensive brand. *2024-11-28, version 5.1.3* After viewing a dress or item I can not go back to the list of items. There is no back to list or continue shopping function. It is a pain to use. It keeps jumping back and reloading pages, continuous errors when trying to login. ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2019-07-31, version 3.3.0* There are so many issue with this app from massive delays when you click on anything, to the fact that when you scroll through different images of the same dress the app inexplicably zooms in each time (and its so difficult to zoom back out). The videos just don’t work at all and when you return to the search page after looking at a dress it bumps you back up to the top of the page instead of where you left the page. Honestly you’d be better off using the browser on your phone - it’s 100x better. Would have expected so much better from this brand.
