The app promises that you’ll hear back from your reviewer within 2 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back at all from support let alone the reviewer I paid $30 for. Extremely disappointed. Get better reviewers that actually do stuff in a timely manner.

Reviewers can occasionally run into unexpected delays, but users should never be left in the dark. Since then, we’ve rebuilt RMH to make the process much more transparent. Reviewers now show their expected turnaround time before you choose them, and if a review runs late, you can switch to another available reviewer or receive a full refund directly in the app without waiting for support.

Please update to the latest version. If your original order is still unresolved, contact us through the app so we can make this right.

I genuinely love the concept of this app. The reviewer I matched with responded fast, and the feedback was thoughtful, practical, and easy to apply. After making the suggested changes to my profile, I could immediately see a huge improvement. It really helped me present myself better and made me feel much more confident. Such a great idea! The feedback I got was super helpful and surprisingly kind. My reviewer Wing helped pointing out what worked and what could be better so made a few small changes to my profile and getting more matches per week. Wish I found this sooner lol
