Jusqu’ici, l’application déconnectait tous les 15j. Maintenant c’est quasiment tous les jours ! Merci de faire le nécessaire pour résoudre une fois pour toutes ce problème insupportable !

I have found that my legs are more flexible and I have less trouble getting up and down the stairs are usually a little sore getting up and down but I can now move more easily and with knowing that the pain is not too bad swelling and water resistance is very good I can get my shoes on my feet better than they were before well spent money

Ever since using the Revitive the pains and swelling have gone down but still having problems with the very painful ulcers on both my legs but I have been told the more I use the Revitive and get my circulation flowing back to normal that should help with healing the ulcers. I am very happy with the improvement on the swelling and the painful ankles. And I will keep going with my daily therapy.

A good app for a connected device would enable use of the device and get out of the way. The developers of this app think I bought my Revitive just to use the app. It constantly interrupts me when I am trying to use the app and won’t let me use my Revitive until I have answered thousands of questions. If I could have my Revitive which I love without this nuisance app, I would be very happy.

I like the machine. Once you do it you can feel the improvement. 

I don’t like the survey because I can’t remember how I was feeling before and after. I feel like I’ve been put on the spot . So I’m not sure how accurate my responses are.

Failed to pair on multiple devices since last update. For a device aimed at elderly people, it’s not user friendly.

Votre application ne permet pas de synchroniser Medic Coach: Nouveau et Amélioré. Impossible de terminer l inscription de votre revitive, vérifiez votre connexion internet. Et ce que ça soit une un iPhone ou un Samsung sous android. C est honteux pour un appareil a ce tarif. Merci de corriger rapidement votre application ou vos serveurs afin de remédier à vos bêtises. (Ps sans connexion internet j arrive à laisser un avis: incroyable !!) au boulot !

Lost for words. I got the “new and improved “ medic coach as old one stopped charging. 

I cannot select knee issues as it says I need to purchase the thigh pads even though I bought the whole bundle and have two!

What should I do? Why would the app lock the option to even attempting to tell bot during selection that I need to buy something I have. 

Very strange. Please help devs. I’d give it 5 stars if not because of this issue???

All was good but then after 9 weeks of use I can no longer connect via Bluetooth. I see other people are having the same issue. Needs to be sorted. I am waiting for their support department to get back to me.

The application does not allow you to use the device with the application without submitting loads of sensitive personal information. This is completely intrusive and unnecessary and there is no valid reason for it other than for the company’s own benefit and research. It is arguably against GDPR and when I asked the company about  this, they said they are updating it to allow for use without submitting this sensitive data, but sadly they never did. Really uncool for a product which is otherwise credible.

Terribile for pairing bluetooth, fails and then tells you to go to settings forget device and start again. Also won’t let you use the app until it has registered which also fails.

Since upgrading my phone, the app has been removed from my old phone, the pairing between the IPhone 14 and this Revitive is really hit and miss.   Works about 10% of the time so far.   Have deleted app on my new phone numerous times and reinstalled.   Should have kept my old Revitive.

Absolutely loathed this app. It’s clunky and unintuitive. I deleted it and just use my Revitive manually.

Revitive has given me back the lifestyle I love which includes bushwalking .  I have PAD. I participated in a UniSC trial usingthe revitive
 machine . The revitave used twice daily for 30 minutes in the trial improved my walking ability - but not the PAD. I continue to use the revitive twice daily.

All was good but then after 9 weeks of use I can no longer connect via Bluetooth. I ended up sending the machine back to them and I received a new one, I presume they found a problem with the old. Very happy with the service.

Meine Frau und ich haben lange überlegt, ob wir uns  ein Revitite Gerät kaufen, und welches Model für uns das beste wäre. 
Da meine Frau in den Kniegelenken Arthrose hat, haben wir uns schließlich für das Revitive Medic Plus entschieden.
Was soll ich sagen, es war die richtige Entscheidung.
Meine Frau hat bereits nach 14 Tagen eine deutliche Verbesserung der Beweglichkeit und auch erheblichen weniger Schmerzen. 
Bei mir sind die Durchblutungsstörungen deutlich weniger geworden. Das nächtliche kribbeln ist schon jetzt verschwunden, und das Treppensteigen fällt mir deutlich leichter.

I have cancer and heart disease with attendant oedema in my legs and feet and also suffer from breathlessness. Since using Revitive, after consulting a Doctor, my oedema has been significantly reduced as has my breathlessness. Thoroughly recommend.
