## What is Revival Harmony?

Create your own listening mix, explore your instruments and make time for sound. Revival Harmony brings frequencies, soundbaths, music and practical tools together in one app, created by Éanna Healy in Limerick, Ireland.

CREATE YOUR SOUND

Choose a frequency preset or enter your own. Add up to five sounds from a library of more than 50, including rain, ocean, chimes, singing bowls and ambient textures. Adjust each sound separately, choose a timer, then play or save your mix. Prefer sounds on their own? Choose No frequency.

Preparing or saving a new mix leaves your current session playing. Keep useful mixes in Saved sounds and return to them when you like.

CHOOSE SOMETHING READY

Music has its own library, with individual pieces and a Play all option. Soundbaths brings a live recording by Éanna and prepared layered listening sessions into one clear place. Choose a piece, set your options and begin.

MAKE HOME YOURS

Choose what interests you when you first open the app, or skip and explore. Customise your Home shortcuts later so the features you use are easy to find.

FOR YOUR OWN PRACTICE

- Frequencies and binaural listening options.
- Guided breathing patterns, with an optional companion tone.
- Attune, a five-minute frequency practice with optional before-and-after check-ins.
- Voice affirmations, Future Self and Best Self writing and recording prompts.
- A private Journal for your notes.
- Water and Lava sleep lights, with colour, brightness and motion controls.
- Session timers, fades and lock-screen playback controls.

FOR PRACTITIONERS AND INSTRUMENT OWNERS

- Tuner: see the note and frequency of an instrument, with adjustable reference pitch and display styles.
- Notes Together: keep your instrument collection, explore combinations, hear up to six notes together or in sequence, and save useful sets. Previews play pitches; your own instruments keep their individual sound and overtones.
- Spacious: give silence its time with a clear clock for the pause after sound.
- Live session: keep timing, pitch and an estimated sound level in view.
- Level and Room sound: explore the sound around you. Phone readings are estimates, not calibrated measurements.

PRIVATE CIRCLES

An optional, invitation-only space for adults to share messages, events, practices, links and files. Hosts invite their group. Members can report content and block other members. Personal practice and practitioner tools work without an account.

YOUR INFORMATION

Your saved mixes, Journal, check-ins, instrument collection and voice recordings stay on your device and are not uploaded by the app. Circles needs an account, and the content you choose to share is stored online for its members. Brief technical fault reports help us fix errors. There is no advertising or behavioural tracking. See the privacy policy for details, and keep a copy of anything important before deleting the app.

Revival Harmony supports personal practice. It is not a medical device or treatment. Listen at a comfortable volume.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.9 — 2026-10-06

This update improves the Player and adds two new sounds.

- Fixed an issue where the session-complete screen could be hidden and leave Player buttons unresponsive when a timed session ended.
- Choose an existing frequency preset directly in the Player, with its name and description, while keeping your sounds, volumes and timer.
- Added Aquarium and Bath Filling sound layers for your mixes.
- New frequency sessions and fresh Create mixes start at 25% tone volume. Your saved mixes and remembered drafts keep their chosen volume.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-10-03

More ways to make sound part of your day.

• Explore an expanded sound library and four meditation music tracks, with optional background sounds.
• A refreshed Home puts Sleep, Sounds, Frequencies and Manifest closer to hand. Your saved shortcuts stay yours.
• Shape your mix in a clearer player: adjust the frequency while listening, enter an exact pitch, and search for sounds to add or change.
• New sound selections start at 40%. Saved mixes retain their chosen levels, with gentler playback starts and sound changes.
• Timed sessions fade to silence, with clearer timer controls and improved session recovery.
• Choose Water or the new Lava sleep light in Ocean, Ember or Violet. Adjust brightness and choose still or flowing light.
• Navigation, larger-text layouts and accessibility refinements throughout.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-09-29

A new look, Notes Together, and Circles.

Notes Together: keep a list of your own bowls, gongs and chimes, by note, by measured frequency or with the tuner. Combine up to six, hear them together or one after another, and save the sets you love. Your collection stays on your phone.

Circles: a private community you can be invited into. A host opens a circle and members share updates, events, practices and messages. It is invitation only, and everything else in the app works without an account.

Home is yours now: choose up to six shortcuts and arrange them the way you practise. The whole app has a calmer look, with painted artwork and a deep-sea dark mode.

For practitioners: a spacious silence timer, with the tuner and the learning tools in one room. Loops play through without a click, and interval bells strike once.

Larger text sizes now fit comfortably, and screen readers move more smoothly between screens.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-09-17

New Practitioner sessions bring elapsed time, musical note and frequency, and estimated sound level together in one live screen.

Pause and resume, mark moments during your practice, then add notes and save a session summary to Journal.

The Level screen now keeps text and controls steady as readings change. We have also improved how live measurements handle pauses, interruptions and quiet input.
