The app and classes are phenomenal providing ease, levels, and so many options for your daily beauty and nervous system awareness practice. Nazmeen is the perfect instructor that has decades of experience you can tell that is necessary when learning when to push yourself and where the face/body needs release the most. You will get results!!! I recommend anyone wanting internal and external lifelong beauty start here. 
One will level up and see results fast with consistency. Focus on the self and all will be divine. ✨✨✨

If you want to have a regular facial yoga practice, this is the app for you. Yes, there is a monthly cost but if you see all the original content Naz has made for the app, you will understand why it’s worth every penny. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the facial structure muscles lymphatic drainage etc and shares her insights through not only the yoga but also guasha, acupressure, meditation, stretching and breathing. Having a regular facial yoga practice is akin to working out. You need to do it regularly to notice the difference. The sessions have the time/length listed so you can choose a quick HIIT one or spend more time should your schedule permit. The hardest part is learning the basic beginners moves but once you have that down, there is so much you can do!

Love having this app at the tip of my fingers. It’s user friendly, I can use it on my lunch break, in the morning, at the end of the day - it fits in to my schedule and I never have to worry about missing a class. I’ve learnt so much about the structure of my face, didn’t realise it would be so educational as well as having the benefits of making my face look tighter and brighter!

Came for the free trial, stayed for the amazing benefits. Genuinely didn’t think I would continue my subscription beyond the 7 day free trial (which is really generous based on the content available) however Naz and Revive Studio has converted me to a face yoga believer and lover. Not only is the 5 day challenge doable within my busy schedule, it was also the highlight of my day. 100% recommend to everybody. Definitely worth the money and wellbeing it brings!
