For the last 2 weeks, this app has simply not worked. It is a hindrance to my work and makes the whole day frustrating. My main job is helping people and when the app I use to clock in and out doesn't work it leads me to not help, this is horrible. Please fix the bugs, I can't even sign into the app anymore.

I have been using this since my employer switched over to this system. It worked for a while and now I am having all kinds of problems checking in. 
Not much has changed since I have been complaining.

Bugs over power the app and when they do it’s tough to get rid of them. But other than that usability of the app works fine. 3/5 overall rating

No muss, no fuss!  Simple app that allows easy time keeping without the need for a lot of usage training.  Stable app with little downtime.
