Can’t share photos or videos to WhatsApp they just come through as messages. What a waste of time with the app. I just downloaded my video from the email. I didn’t know what to expect on the day but with the weather on our side it turned out to be a wonderful time. My nephew came with me and was a bit miffed that I was faster than he. I was a little disappointed but after an email requesting the original footage without the music, they got back to me in less then 24 hours. I was so pleased with how quickly we received a response from them over the place we purchased the package from which still hasn’t gotten back to us. I really appreciated the customer service, efficiency, and desire to find a solution to our request. It’s not on the app, they disclose that the videos are edited but the place we purchased the package from did not which is totally misleading. So thankful they were willing to give us the original raw footage which is what we intended on purchasing in the first place. No hesitation, no delay.
