One complaint I do have is that this app actually uses more storage on my phone than any other app and I don’t really understand what is taking up 5GB+ storage as someone working in the tech and cyber line. It’s really troubling and confusing me so I wanted to ask the developers why this is and more importantly if there is any way apart from clearing cache (or reinstalling after deleting) to make sure this doesn’t happen **Developer response:** Hi Ojas, thanks for leaving us a review. Thanks again! ### 3/5 — Scan for access doesn’t work all the time *2026-06-19* I had to delete the app and reinstall and than it’s worked than it’s stop working for access to gym I had to use my physical key to open the small glass door to get in. Now I have to make it work I have to delete the app than switch off the phone than do it all again , it’s so frustrating. App need better programming for iPhone and it’s latest iOS software 26.5 onwards. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for your review. It’s so frustrating that they don’t let you unfreeze the membership through the app or access your own account. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2026-06-02, version 4.3* The app takes so long to open. It’s hella slow compared to other apps that I never want to use it. But the gym really is going for the app and slowly relying people to use it. However, the "Streaks" feature wrecks my mental health. Reminds me of Snapchat and I feel forced into working out just to "maintain" it, rather than working out to improve my health. The app is buggy and slow. From scanning to get the entry, to check the live counter, or raffle tickets, streaks - this tab errors out most of the times. I get a feeling that this is a web based interface. I may be wrong but the overall user experience sucks. The newest one is completely all over the place and harder to find things, their simpler designs are much easier to use and look at. Additionally, the newest design seems to constantly be causing performance issues. First the live tracker wasn’t working, now that that’s fixed, nothing on the home page is loading. Please change it back or make sure the app can handle whatever changes are being made if you are going to change the designs! ### 1/5 — Can’t View the Live Count or Scan into gym *2025-12-05, version 4.0* Been awhile since the app worked properly for the live count or scan to get into the gym via the app. Pointless to have the app if it’s not functional. ### 1/5 — App update *2025-12-04, version 4.0* New update is terrible. Takes forever to load and most aspects just never end up opening. The page doesn’t load or will just be blank. The graph under the counter appears to be unrelated to anything as all gyms use the same graph and so far I haven’t one gym that even remotely matches that estimate. Each gym should have its own it’s pointless in its current form. May as well be a picture of a donkey Would be nice to be able to reach out to certain gyms for cleaning or maintenance requests as some places are amazing and some are never clean, some have broken or worn machines etc. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for the great review We’re so glad your enjoying the live counter!
