Ya lo hemos pedido varias veces al proveedor, pero no tiene ninguna solución Por otra parte , es largo el proceso de querer anotar productos de forma automática, uno debe salir de la pantalla y apuntar uno a uno los productos Ha pasado ya dos temporadas y no nos acostumbramos aunque sea completa en otros aspectos , estos nos los usamos ### 3/5 — Bona però encara pot millorar *2024-05-19, version 4.3.4* Fa uns mesos que la utilitzem. Un cop acostumats el sistema es intuitiu, pero te un gran problema: si la connexió falla un instant el sistema queda sense connexió una bona estona (informàtics, poseu-vos les piles! Aquesta desconnexió no te justificació quan internet segueix funcionant). Suposo que quedara sol·lucionat amb la opció “Host” de la versió 5.0 que espero amb candeletes, perque ara dubto si posar RevoXef en un altre establiment. Quan falta per que surti?? Si nos fos per aquest fallo garrafal li donaria 4 o 5 estrelles. ### 1/5 — Vergonzoso *2024-04-14, version 4.3.4* Una aplicación que falla muchísimo, en cosas muy básicas, sin soporte. Errores Soporte cero ### 5/5 — La mejor *2023-05-24, version 4.1.10* La mejor app para hostelería. ### 1/5 — REVO ES EL PEOR PROGRAMA DE GESTIÓN QUE HE UTILIZADO EN TODA MI VIDA. *2023-04-26, version 4.1.8* Me hace mucha gracia los dos buenos comentarios que tiene la aplicación cuando se nota , que son de amigos o recomendados. Vamos con la realidad de este programa… A partir de qué no vale para gestión, los problemas más grandes es cuando desaparecen comandas enteras sin explicación ninguna( te hace trabajar como antiguamente juntar todos los tickets en un pincho y repasar todo antes de dar la cuenta porque si no pierdes dinero a espuertas) Falla mas que una escopeta de feria. A la hora de crear clientes y facturas es una verdadera vergüenza porque te hace perder el tiempo tienes que repetir la acción incansablemente y cuando le apetece al programa te lo genera a la primera y el resto de las veces he repetido el proceso como unas 30 veces para asociar clientes y ya para asociarlos a la factura ya es una broma de mal gusto. Lo importante de cuando uno vende un mal producto es que por lo menos no solo tenga una o dos personas en soporte y que se atienda al cliente al momento o no cuando el de soporte pueda o incluso ni te devuelven las llamadas y ojo no es problema del empleado, es que nos creemos que todo el monte es orégano y se puede ir engañando a los negocios con este tipo de programas. ### 5/5 — Recomendada *2023-03-26, version 4.1.7* Llevo más de 7 años utilizando esta aplicación en mis restaurantes, he probado otras, y para mi esta es de las mejores solicuines TPV que hay en un mercado a mi entender saturado de aplicaciones de este tipo.
