It's a joke. Rebooting the phone or switching off Bluetooth & turning it back on doesn't help it connect. It happens randomly an is totally unpredictable and unreliable. When it works, it's ok but it takes much longer to pair than a different Bluetooth smart plug I have. All & all this setup is borderline garage.
