Use Revoke templates to easily send requests to over 24,000 companies. Request for a copy of your data, for your personal data to be deleted or for all marketing communications to stop.   There's no need to search endlessly for the right contact at the company, we'll take that from our database of company information and put it in your email template automatically. Our templates are pre-written and ready for you to use, there is no need to worry about writing the request. We make it easy for you to add any other information the company may need to complete identify you and complete your request. You will always get to preview the email and make any changes you wish to the request before sending it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Find a Company Search for a company you have a relationship with and want to send a request to. This could be a company you are a customer of, a company whose newsletter you've signed up for, have an account with or have otherwise provided with your personal information. 2. Choose a Request Type Now decide what type of request you want to make. You can choose between Get Data, Delete Data and Stop Marketing templates. • Get Data: You can use this template to request that a company provide you with a copy of all of the personal data that they hold on you. • Delete Data: You can use this template to request that a company delete all the personal data they hold on you. • Stop Marketing: You can use this template to request that a company stops all marketing communication with you, including emails, mail and phone calls. 3. Enter Your Details Add your name and other details you think the company may need to identify you or your account. For example, a customer ID number or unique username. 4. Review and Send Check over the email template, make any changes or additions, and send it from your email address. LESS DATA, LESS RISK. After reaching out to their support and working with them, that issue was resolved and I can now access the app. First impressions are that the service is useful - registration was easy and once you have linked your external accounts getting an overview of who/how/where your data is and has been, is useful and I can see going forward this will be useful to monitor. Very informative even for the inquisitive. Surprised how many leaks I have been a part of.
